Our special loads department advises the best and safest transport option, based on the dimensions and weight of your vehicle. 

• Experts to check load and secure transport; 
• Specialized equipment to ensure easy airlifting; 
• Typical car transport options include: 
  - lower deck single position (12cub/2000kg) 
  - main deck single position (24cub/4000kg-4250kg depending on aircraft type) 
  -  main deck two positions (36cub/5750kg) 
• On request shipper/forwarder pre-build & loaded double car-racks can be accepted (36cub/8000kg); 
• Where necessary, loading of vehicle on pallets under supervision of shipper/forwarder; 
• Zero exterior damage and minimal vibration guaranteed during transit.        

Cartainer® Service
Next to our general Wheels product, KLM Cargo offers the Cartainer® Service for confidential door to door transport of all kind of car prototypes (e.g. clay models, fiberglass show cars, new releases).

• Handling by dedicated team of professionals, who guard the shipment all the way; 
• Specialized KLM Cargo car container to keep car concealed; 
• Blocked space agreement to safeguard transit-time and meet critical schedules.
