KLM’s focus is on the customer. KLM attends to the individual needs of passengers, because we know that every customer is different.
Modern passengers, as well as cargo customers, want maximum flexibility in their range of options. KLM offers this flexibility. Our comprehensive transfer services via Amsterdam Airport Schiphol form the foundation of a high-quality network of direct services for passengers and cargo. This network connects almost all of the world’s key economic regions with the Netherlands.
KLM offers passengers maximum user convenience in terms of bookings, ticket issuance and check-in facilities. Our focus remains on the passenger, in the air and on the ground.
KLM and Air France have merged their know-how and networks for cargo services. Air France KLM Cargo present a single face to the market, offering major customer benefits, including the highest capacity levels, the most cargo destinations, and the broadest product portfolio.
Air France KLM Cargo is an experienced partner with specific expertise in many sectors, which means we have the insight and capabilities to tackle any logistical challenge in air transport. Our product portfolio extends from general cargo to express consignments and special cargo such as animal transport, temperature-sensitive shipments and oversized cargo.
