Ambition and enthusiasm
KLM is ambitious about assuming corporate social responsibility. Innovation is a top priority. CSR is embedded at all levels of the organisation. Together with Air France, we have defined five key issues. This keeps everything in perspective, while ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders promotes cooperation and commitment.
For several years now, this has earned us the No. 1 listing in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. In signing the UN Global Compact, KLM supports the realization of the UN millennium goals.
