This personal service includes our efforts to ensure healthy travel and to cater for passengers with special needs. More specifically, by providing the services of the Travel Clinics of KLM Health Services, catering for special diets as much as possible and tips for inflight fitness.

KLM Travel Clinics

Through KLM Health Services, we encourage our passengers to engage in healthy travel and to return home safe and sound. We feel that this is partly our responsibility. The KLM Travel Clinic informs travelers about the health risks associated with travel, near and far, and offers advice on precautions travelers can take. Travelers can contact KLM Travel Clinics by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can also obtain assistance at one of our clinics at Schiphol and in The Hague, Hilversum, and Rotterdam. All travelers are welcome, regardless of the airline they are flying with.
