Bahrain International Airport
One of the busiest airports in the Middle East, Bahrain International Airport flies nine million passengers a year from its one hectic terminal. The airport is currently undergoing expansion, expected to be completed in 2015. The 8km taxi ride to the centre of the island's capital Manama takes 15 minutes.

KLM flies from Bahrain International Airport's single terminal to Amsterdam Schiphol, with connections to long-haul and pan-European destinations. The Departure area for all flights, including KLM, is on the first floor of the single terminal building. Arrivals is on the ground floor.
