    Restaurants in São Paulo

São Paulo's best restaurants are concentrated in Jardins from upmarket Brazilian fusion at DOM to cheap and cheerful vegetarian food at Sattva. The traditional immigrant neighbourhoods can be great places to branch out – try Japanese in Liberdade, or Italian at Bela Vista's Famiglia Mancini. Bohemian Vila Madalena and Moema feature regional Brazilian cuisine, from Bahia's tropical stews to Minas Gerais' lemon- and-cachaça-infused meats. Most places open until midnight, later at weekends.
