France's fourth largest airport, Marseille Provence Airport transports around 7 million passengers a year to over 90 cities in 37 countries. Frequent shuttle buses take you to Marseille Saint-Charles train station in downtown Marseille in 25 minutes.

There are nine car parks and around 6,000 parking spaces. Parking is free for up to 40 minutes in some car parks. Valet and car-washing services are also offered.
Specific airport features
Passengers using the newer mp2 terminal should note that services are minimal. There are no walkways or shuttle buses to the plane and luggage is carried by passengers to the scanners.

KLM operates out of Terminal 1, with flights bound for Dutch destinations. Fly to Amsterdam Schiphol to connect with long-haul and pan-European flights.

International and domestic terminals are located in the same building which is a five- to ten-minute walk from the newer mp2 terminal.

Most international scheduled airlines depart from Terminal 1, the main terminal building. Most are Europe-bound with some North African destinations as well.

The newer mp2 terminal is dedicated to European and North African destinations.
