Airport parking

There are several covered and open car parks at Bologna Airport including long- and short-stay: the first 15 minutes cost €1 for short-stay visitors. The total parking capacity is 5,100 spaces with extra spaces available in the summer. Valet parking is also offered and online pre-booking is available from the airport's website.

Specific airport features

Terminals

KLM operates out of Bologna's Departures Terminal, with flights bound for Dutch destinations. Fly to Amsterdam Schiphol to connect with long-haul and pan-European flights.

Transport between terminals

The main airport building is situated over three floors. Lifts, stairs and escalators link the airport's check-in areas and facilities. Get between the Departures Terminal and East Terminal by free bus or train or by walking (eight minutes) while expansion work on the main terminal is completed. 

Departures Terminal

There are three check-in areas here, situated on the ground floor and first floor. A further check in has opened in the East Terminal for non-EU and Ryanair travellers.

East Terminal

The new East Terminal is currently being used for checking in non-EU and Ryanair passengers. If you need to check in at East Terminal, be sure to arrive at least two hours before your flight as all flights are still leaving from the Departures Terminal.
