Things to do in Memphis

Most of Memphis' prime attractions lie in the South Main and Beale Street Historic Districts. The National Civil Rights Museum honours Martin Luther King's legacy. You can see where Elvis and Johnny Cash recorded at Sun Studio, and Isaac Hayes at the Stax Museum. The Gibson Beale Street Showcase offers tours of the guitar factory, and in South Memphis is the unmissable home of the King, Elvis' estate, Graceland. Most museums are open daily 9am-5pm.
