fabulous city21 Mar 13
Singapore is one of the most clean and friendly cities we have ever visited. Although it is very expensive the standard of all services are excellent. The local food is amazing and there are always plenty of choice for eating out. China Town ,Little India and Bugas Village are a shoppers paradise too. With 40,000 taxis, transportation is straight forward and much cheaper than anywhere else we have visited. We would recommend Singapore to anyone.madu129 - U.K.

Try the local food courts they are delicious and good value for money. Have a trip on the Singapore Flyer and a boat trip around Marina Bay.The night life in Clark Quay is a must for any traveller as is a visit to the Marina Bay theatre. Another must is a visit to the Botanical Gardens and the designer shops that are along Orchard Road. Everyone speaks very good English and the Singaporians are always happy to assist in any way possible.

Excellent organized city01 Mar 12
Probably highest fine in the world for cycling in a pedestrian area (1000$), but there is no littering, public transport is excellent, no small crime and people are very friendly.John - Netherlands

Very international23 Feb 12
The great thing about Singapore are the different neighbourhoods; you can walk from the Indian, to the Muslim or the Colonial quarter. Each with its own charme. Lot's of good restaurants as well.Hans - Germany

Want to escape the city; visit Sentosa island for some sand and sun.
