Aberdeen is a top destination to visit when in Scotland. Located in the North East, and only 1 1/2 hours direct flight from schipol, Aberdeen is a very vibrant city, mixing a great blend of culture, history, modernism and life. With its locally sourced granite buildings, and its beautiful long shore line, There are may shops and boutiques for all trends, likes and fashions, and boasts an excellent and diverse range of restaurants to cater for all tastes from local fish, to Japanese sushi, from haggis neeps (swede) and tatties (potatoes) to european cuisine. There are many bars and night clubs to chose from for all genres of music, and many local bands play at weekends to packed hospitable bars giving aberdeen a great party feel, after a long day of some fantastic sight-seeing Aberdeen is most cultural from its art centres, to its great open parks,from its theme park (sited all year round) to the grand architecture in the centre. its 2 universities, ranking highly within the world, caters for many students from all over the world, making Aberdeen a cosmopolitan rich place, with all aspects of the world in one city.
