An equatorial location and high altitude combine to ensure comfortable temperatures all year round, peaking in December to March in the mid-20s˚C (mid-70s˚F). Days are typically warm and sunny and nights are pleasantly cool, with little seasonal variation. The rains peak over March to May, but quick showers are more normal than protracted drizzle.
