Restaurants in Havana

Havana's private restaurants (paladars) serve flavoursome, experimental food and are choice options for visitors. Miramar and Vedado are home to the best of these. Dine outdoors on Paladar La Fontana's patio or in Paladar La Cocina de Lilliam's romantic garden. In Centro, Restaurant Castropol on the Malecón has sea views. Old Havana's La Imprenta stands out among government-run restaurants and is a good place for typical local raw fish ceviches.
