Things to do in Havana

Old Havana's tight streets open up into cobbled plazas and baroque decorations adorn the Spanish colonial buildings. After a history lesson at the Museo de la Revolucion and cigar sampling at the Partagás Cigar Factory, on Sundays, roll up to Centro's crazily-decorated Callejón de Hamel for some hip rumba under the tropical sun. The fascinating Museo Ernest Hemingway occupies the author's former home in southeast Havana. Most museums open Tuesday-Saturday with half days on Sunday.
