Most visitors come for the sun but leave craving the cuisine. Restaurants serve everything from steaks at The Greenhouse to creative Italian at Spiga. Seafood and French dominate, though. Try lobster thermidor at Antoine or honey-glazed duck at Mario's Bistro. Lolos, huts lining Grand Case Beach, are good for lunchtime snacks. Opening hours vary so check with the establishment. If service has not been added, a customary tip is 10% to 15%.
