    Restaurants in Prague

Prague's dining scene has finally entered the gourmet realm, but do try local specialities such as gulaš (goulash) and duck with cabbage plus the myriad beer snacks available. Prices tend to be higher in Staré Mě sto (the old town) and Malá Strana, where luminaries such as La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise lovingly empty wallets, while local eateries abound in Vinohrady and Letná. Kitchens usually close at 11pm. Scrutinise your bill before paying – 12% service may already be included.
