Ground transportation information booths can be found in the baggage-claim area and on the third floor of the parking garage. There are also free phones here from which to call for a STILA town car (limo). If you have trouble finding your way around the airport, look out for helpful volunteers wearing blue jackets or purple and red ensembles.
Travellers who inadvertently pack a prohibited item in their hand luggage have the option of sending it home from one of the self-service Send-It-Home kiosks, located near every security checkpoint. The item must fit in the provided plastic bags and be weighed on the kiosk's scales. Oversized items can be taken to Ken's Baggage office on the Baggage Claim level between carousels 12 &13.
