    Restaurants in Toulouse

    Hearty regional specialities – cassoulet, foie gras, goose, duck and wild game – dominate Toulouse menus, but often with an imaginative twist. There are scores of good restaurants throughout the Old Town, typically open around 12pm-2pm and 7.30pm-9.30pm. Choose fixed-price set menus to make dining more affordable. All prices include service. The most famous is the gastronomic Michel Sarran, with two Michelin stars. For a convivial brasserie atmosphere, Grand Café de l'Opéra is a Toulouse institution.
