    Bonaire's first Tex-Mex diner is located in Kralendijk and has a popular Happy Hour that actually lasts an hour and a half, from 6pm-7.30pm. The Papaya Moon Cantina's menu highlights include fiery enchiladas, sizzling fajitas and mesquite grills.     One of the longest established Chinese restaurants, China Nobo in Nikiboko is owned by the cheerful Chan family who whip up freshly made Cantonese and Szechuan dishes to order, each spiced to the individual's taste.
