Johannesburg is a beautiful city. There is a spirit of Ubuntu (humanness). There are a lot of shopping malls with all what one can ask for in the world. The malls are beautiful and well looked after with enough parking spaces .Hotels are beautiful and the service is excellent .There are a lot of entertainment places ,Zoo, Gold Reef City and many more .liz - uk

Not the most attractive of cities and all history is fairly recent so no great spread of architectural periods. History being recent is therefore fairly well documented and this can give more depth to your trip.MagPhil - U.K.

Took the new open top bus around the city and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Worthwhile catching at Gold Reef City as this is a good parking locaction and useful for toilets and refreshments on completion. Money can be saved by pre-booking on line, headphones come as part of the package. Usual arrangements i.e. hop on/hop off with approx 40 minute between services. Enjoy the experience.
