November, December, March and April are the wettest. Even though the mountains get heavy snow, temperatures in the city below rarely dip below freezing. The summer months from May to September are warm (17°C to 24°C / 62°F to 75.2°F). Vancouver does get the odd heat wave, otherwise count on warm and dry conditions in July and August.
