Walkways connect short-term parking to the Passenger Terminal, while free buses transport visitors from long-term parking every 8 minutes. A 24-hour medical centre is located in the eastern section of the basement floor. Pharmacies can be found in the central area of the 3rd floor of both the Passenger Terminal and the Concourse Building. Baggage storage is available in the duty-free area of the 3rd floor.

KLM operates flights out of Incheon's Concourse Building, with flights bound for European destinations. Check-in is in the Passenger Terminal, Counter E.

Transport between terminals

All passengers departing from Incheon International Airport, both international and domestic, check in, deposit luggage and pass through security in the Passenger Terminal. In addition, the Passenger Terminal serves South Korea's domestic airlines and destinations at boarding gates 1-50.
Concourse Building
Incheon's Concourse Building (also called the Boarding Building) serves passengers flying to international destinations at boarding gates 101-132. The Concourse Building connects to the Passenger Terminal via the Starline train.
