Restaurants in Madrid
Madrid offers authentic Spanish cuisine from Valencian paella at La Barraca or Galician seafood at Ribeira Do Miño in Chueca to Castilian roast suckling pig at Botin in the Old Town. Gourmet tapas in La Latina and new-wave restaurants in Chueca and Salamanca bring new flavours to old classics. Locals have dinner around 10pm and a tip of around 5% is usually sufficient.
