Shopping in Riga
For local gifts or high-end fashion, there's no better place to shop than the Old Town. Buy Latvian music at Upe, owned by a local rock star, or browse trendy shops at Galerija Centrs. Unique souvenirs can be found at Art Nouveau Riga in New Town plus there are furry Russian hats at Riga Central Market. Most shops are open Monday to Friday 10am-7pm and Saturday 11am-5pm.
