Calgary International Airport
Handling 12.8 million passengers annually, Calgary International Airport is Canada's fourth busiest airport. Downtown Calgary is a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, while it takes around 90 minutes by road to reach Banff National Park.
Retail space at Calgary International Airport is concentrated on the Departures level. Purchase souvenir books, guides, maps, and best sellers at Coles. Children will love Who's Who in the Zoo for stuffed animals and puppets. For distinctly Calgary mementos, shop at Riley & McCormick for Western apparel and Flames FanAttic for official clothing of the Calgary Flames ice hockey team. Duty Free by Nuance has duty-free alcohol and tobacco, fragrance, skincare and cosmetics, confectionery, sunglasses and watches at three locations throughout the terminal.
Free wireless high-speed internet access is available throughout the airport. There are also fixed terminals if you don't have a computer with you.
East & Drink
Most cafés and restaurants are located on the Departures level, including beyond security control in all four concourses. Tim Hortons (five locations, including all concourses) sells coffee and muffins. Destinations Food Court (Mezzanine Level 3) is the best place for fast food. For something more substantial, try Montana's Cookhouse Saloon for steaks and ribs (Departures Level), Chili's for Mexican dishes (Concourse A and D) and Kelsey's for pizza in a family-friendly setting (Departures Level West).
