Nightlife in Detroit
Detroiters love sports, and you'll find a good selection of sports bars near the Downtown arenas. Downtown and the Cultural District are also home to live entertainment venues, ranging from live music and pool at the Magic Stick, bowling at Garden Bowl, and the smooth jazz of Baker's Keyboard Lounge. The Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Detroit Opera House, and Gem and Century Theatres offer high culture Downtown. In recent years casinos have sprung up Downtown too.
