Curacao International Airport
Curaçao's modern international airport is equipped for all types of aircraft and with its strategic position between the Americas boasts frequent flights to and from Europe, the north Caribbean and South America. It was built in 2006 at a cost of US$44 million to handle an initial capacity of 1.6 million passengers per year, but is ultimately expandable to cope with up to a million more. Curaçao International boasts the longest runway in the Caribbean at 3,410 metres.

Curaçao International Airport is located at the north-western end of Curaçao, about 11km (7 miles) from the capital Willemstad.
Airport parking
Parking for approximately 300 vehicles can be found in front of the terminal building. The first ten minutes are free, then a fee of Nafl3.50 (US$2) per hour applies, rising to Nafl18 (US$10) for 24 hours.

Terminals
A single terminal is split between departures and arrivals. KLM flights bound for Dutch destinations depart from the International section of the Terminal. Fly to Amsterdam Schiphol to connect with long-haul and pan-European flights.
