    Shopping in Milan

The Quadrilatero d'Oro area teems with designer fashion including Gucci, and handmade glassware at Vetrerie di Empoli. Brera's narrow lanes are best for jewellery. Around the central square, high-quality franchises like famous delicatessen Peck and long-standing department store La Rinascente abound. Food markets are held most days (not Sunday) and there is a sprawling monthly Antiques Market in Navigli.
