Restaurants in Las Vegas

Some of the world's top dining destinations are on The Strip, with epicurean French feasts at Joël Robuchon and Picasso. Near The Strip you'll find budget selections without sacrificing quality, including Thai masterpieces at Lotus of Siam and Italian sub sandwiches at Capriotti's. Some restaurants are only open for dinner after 5pm but family/budget options mostly serve breakfast and lunch as well. It's common to add a 15% tip for good service.

Award-winning chef Paul Bartolotta trained in Italy under master chefs before opening his highly acclaimed Spiaggia in Chicago. Now he's in Las Vegas, yet more proof that celebrity chefs are all very well and good, but it's not the same as having them on the premises. In this case, the result is as authentic Italian food as one can find outside Italy.
