November to February are the coldest months. Spring blows in with warm Pacific breezes by the end of March as the azalea and cherry blossoms bloom, while summer months bring warmth and humidity. The monsoon season starts late in July and lasts till mid-September, when the cool, dry winds from Siberia clear the sky and change the foliage to gorgeous autumn colours.
