Obers verstaan nog hun vak en stralen trots uit, winkeleigenaren weten met charme te verkopen, de glimlach bestaat er nog,hoffelijkheid alom, m.u.v.ambtenaren,die chaggerijnig hun taak voltooiden. In deze prachtige stad wordt ervoor gezorgd dat de stoepen nog geveegd worden, kunst en cultuur dagelijkse voeding is, en wijn als water wordt gedronken. Kortom, genieten van het leven.carneval -
