Things to do
São Paulo city breaks can start quietly with Gregorian chants at the São Bento Monastery. Take a tour of the historic centre, including the neo-Gothic Cathedral and explore contemporary São Paulo flights of fancy at São Paulo Art Museum.
Shopping
São Paulo is the place to stock up on Brazilian goods from flip-flops to cachaça (cane liquor). The most luxurious option is mall-in-a-mansion Daslu, while street markets offer arts and crafts that will fill your São Paulo flight bag.
Restaurants
São Paulo's rich heritage is reflected in its varied cuisine. Eat Lebanese one meal and Brazilian beef the next in the restaurant district of Jardins. Travel to São Paulo's "Little Italy", Bela Vista, for authentic pasta dishes.

Although I've been to Paris a few times this must have been the coldest we've ever known. It was understandable the flight being delayed on the way out because of snow in France but not to be told what was happening in Edin., was hard to take. On arrival at C.D.G. we had to wait ages for a bus to come out to collect us from the plane, o'well at least I'm here, 2 1/2 hrs late.Went to get our baggage from the conv., belt.found one but waited and searched for a while on the other only to find it by chance at the other side of the terminal. more time wasted.Bigyin - Scotland

The goal of my visit to the city of love was to get a 'YES' on the question 'Will you marry me?'. I got it! Was it because of the beautiful Sacre coeur and the famous balcony where this moment took place? Was it because of the walk we made between little squares, Tour de Eiffel, ice-rink, and romantic old buildings? Probably yes. I really love Paris!Snipes - Netherlands
