    Things to do in Leeds

Leeds has lots of Victorian heritage in the carefully restored city centre, where the City Museum tells the Leeds story. In contrast, there's new architecture on the attractive riverside, where The Royal Armouries are packed with military history. Children and adults alike will love the exotic plants and animals of Tropical World at Roundhay Park, or taking a bus into the countryside to explore stately Harewood House. Most museums open daily 10am-5pm/6pm.
