One of North America's busiest airports, Minneapolis-St. Paul transports almost 34 million passengers a year from two terminals. From the airport, 13 miles (21 km) southeast of downtown Minneapolis, the Hiawatha Line Light Rail transports visitors to downtown Minneapolis in 20 minutes.

Relaxing

Take advantage of hair styling services, beauty treatments and massages at Lindbergh Terminal's Regis Salson in concourses D and F. If you need a little exercise, follow the green-lined Start! walking route for a 20- to 40-minute, 1.4-mile (2.25 km) indoor loop around the Lindbergh Terminal.

Internet

Wireless high-speed internet access is installed throughout both airport terminals for a fee. There are also internet kiosks in concourses C through G in Terminal 1-Lindbergh where you can charge your computer or use a fixed terminal if you don't have one with you.

East & Drink

Cafés and restaurants are located in both terminals, with the majority in the larger Terminal 1-Lindbergh and most beyond security control. In Terminal 1- Lindbergh, D'Amico &Sons are known for great burritos and fresh, tasty sandwiches and salads respectively. Axel's Bonfire, another local restaurant, serves the best Mexican food in the airport. Look for organic fare and fresh baked goods at French Meadow Bakery Café and delicious sushi at Wok and Roll. There are fewer options at the smaller Terminal 2. Fletcher's Wharf is the only full-service restaurant, serving American favourites. The cost of food and drink sold at Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is about the same as prices in downtown Minneapolis.
