Public transport in Linkoping is administered by AB ÖstgötaTrafiken, the regional public transport provider, which offers bus, train and tram services across the county. While trains are mostly used to reach neighbouring towns and cities, buses are the most common form of public transport within the city. Overall, the city's transport network is efficient and environmentally friendly, with the majority of public buses having been converted to run on biogas.
