In addition to an excellent pension scheme, a fixed monthly salary and 8% holiday allowance, you can also count on a year-end bonus (depending on your salary level) with a fixed and variable rate, or a variable income. The number of holiday days and other leave depends on your age and position. Ground personnel with a 40-hour work week, for example, receive a minimum of 24 holiday days and 6 additional days off.

A lease car is offered to employees in higher salary brackets.
