KLM is looking for talented people with leadership qualities. Working experience in the field of leadership (up to a maximum of two years) is a plus. Of course, our Management Traineeship is also suitable for senior starters who have experience alongside their studies. There are a number of specific criteria you have to meet: a (nearly) completed wo (scientific education) Masters Degree and a good command of the Dutch and English languages. If you will graduate from university within five or six months you could be invited to the selection process as well. During the selection process we will look mainly at your personality, competencies and your past management experience. Your study direction is less relevant. The competencies which we will evaluate during the assessments are:
