All flights from the USA & Canada
The following restrictions apply to liquids, gels, and/or aerosols at the passenger screening checkpoint.

No liquids, gels, and/or aerosols are permitted except one clear transparent re sealable 1 quart (1 liter) size plastic bag which may contain liquids, gels, and/or aerosols in containers of 3 oz. (100 ml) capacity or less per container.  The contents of the plastic bag must fit comfortably and the plastic bag must be completely closed/sealed and subjected to x-ray inspection separate from the passenger’s carry-on bag.

You may have the items listed below, but you must declare them to TSA at the screening checkpoint if they are not contained in a clear transparent re sealable 1 quart (1 liter) size plastic bag and/or are over 3 oz. (100 ml). 

Baby formula/milk (to include breast milk) and baby food in containers if a baby or small child is traveling
Medications (liquid, gels, and/or aerosol)
Liquids (to include juice) or gels for diabetic or other medical needs

All other liquids, gels, and/or aerosols may be transported in checked baggage. 

Please do not lock your check-in baggage when travelling to the USA. The baggage needs to be checked for explosives.

All flights to the USA
The following restrictions apply to liquids, gels, and/or aerosols at the passenger screening checkpoint.

No liquids, gels and/or aerosols are permitted except  one clear transparent resealable 1 liter size plastic bag which may contain liquids, gels, and/or aerosols in containers of 100 ml capacity or less per container. The contents of the plastic bag must fit comfortably and the plastic bag must be completely closed / sealed and subjected to visual inspection or x-ray inspection separate from the passenger’s carry-on bag.

Liquids, gels, and/or aerosols that fit within the following categories and are in quantities reasonably necessary for the passenger’s itinerary are not limited to the 100 ml restriction and do not have to be contained in the 1 liter plastic bag unless prohibited by the host government or the air carrier:

Baby formula/milk (to include breast milk) and baby food in containers if a baby or small child is traveling
Medications (liquid, gels, and/or aerosol)
Liquids (to include juice) or gels for diabetic or other medical needs

All other liquids, gels, and/or aerosols may be transported in checked baggage

All flights from India
No liquid items / gels / paste or items of similar consistency are permitted to be carried in hand baggage or on the person of a passenger boarding the aircraft. Exempted are medicine / inhaler accompanied by prescription and baby food.

Passengers are allowed to carry separately,in small quantities for the duration of the journey,liquid items/gels/pastes or items of similar consistency in one clear transparent resealable one liter size plastic bag. Each item, however, not exeeds 100 ml in quantity.

In addition only one piece of hand baggage per person is allowed onto the aircraft. Any passenger carrying more than one piece of hand baggage would be directed back from the security check area to the airline check-in counter.

All flights from the Philippines
All liquid substances are prohibited except  baby formula, breast milk or juice (if a baby or small child is traveling), prescription medicine under the passenger’s name, insulin and other non prescription medicines and airline crew grooming kits.

For Hong Kong
The Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) will implement new measures for screening liquids, gels and aerosol starting from March 21, 2007 to comply with the new guidelines of the International Civil Aviation Organisation.

For Taiwan
The following regulation is effective as of 01 March 2007: No liquids, gels, and/or aerosols are allowed to be carried on board the aircraft EXCEPT one clear transparent resealable 1 liter size plastic bag which may contain liquids, gels, and/or aerosols in containers of 100 ml capacity or less per container. Exempted are liquids required for medical purposes, including baby food.

For Korea

New Security Measures on Liquids, Gels and Aerosols at Incheon Airport
   
To respond to the emerging threat of liquid explosives and to comply with the recommendation of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), passengers are advised that liquids, gels and aerosols in their carry-on bags on board the aircraft will be subject to hand baggage restrictions from 1 March 2007. This is applicable to all international flights (including transfer and transit flights) departing from Republic of Korea.

Duty free articles USA/Canada 

  • Passengers transferring at SPL to the USA are advised not to purchase any duty free liquids, gels or aerosols at their point of departure or during their inbound flight to AMS. 
  • Passengers transferring in the USA or in Canada are advised to place any duty free liquids, gels or aerosols in their checked baggage after clearing custom and immigration services.             

All flights from Romania
Liquid or gel products purchased tax-free at the airport by passengers traveling to or through EU countries will need to be placed in a sealed bag specifically for the transport of these products. Liquids and gels purchased tax-free aboard the aircraft are also packaged in sealed bags.

All flights to or from Australia
The following regulation is effective 31 March 2007:  no liquids, gels, and/or aerosols are allowed to be carried on board the aircraft EXCEPT  one clear transparent re sealable 1 liter size plastic bag which may contain liquids, gels, and/or aerosols in containers of 100 ml capacity or lessper container. Exempted are liquids required for medical purposes, including baby food.

Transit passengers are NOT allowed to carry duty free liquids and gels and/ or aerosols, purchased at originating airports outside Australia or in flight duty free. 

Passengers and transit passengers are able to purchase liquids and gels, including duty free, within the sterile area of an Australian airport and take these onto the aircraft.

For passengers transiting in Amsterdam:
 
Duty Free liquid items purchased from an airport outside of the European Union, that are not checked in, will be confiscated at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, even if sealed.    

According to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol security, bags of 30 x 40 cm will be confiscated as the capacity of this bag exceeds 1L. The maximum capacity of the plastic bag must be 1L only.
