The best price guarantee applies to the lowest available fares in economy and business class.Does the best price guarantee apply to all types of fares?
The best price guarantee applies to all fares that are available to the general public. The following fares are excluded:
Niche fares (e.g. corporate discount fares, military fares, student fares).
Airfares sold as part of a package.
Fares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after purchase.

Is the best price guarantee valid for all KLM partners?
The best price guarantee is only valid on KLM and Northwest Airlines.
What do I need to submit a claim?
You will need to provide reservation information regarding your purchase:
Ticket number
Dates of travel
Flight number
Origin and destination
Your name
Your e-mail address
Your address details
Your Flying Blue number (if you have one)
Competing fare
Where lower fare was found (website)
How do I submit a claim?
A claim submittal form is available online. To submit this claim form, fill in all required fields and click 'Submit.'
Can I also submit a claim by phone?
A claim can only be submitted via the claim form on klm.com
How soon can I expect to hear from KLM regarding my claim?
KLM will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your claim
How will I know my claim is validated?
A klm.com customer service representative will send you an e-mail regarding the validity of your claim.
