Physically challenged passengers
We offer special facilities and assistance for passengers with limited mobility to ensure everybody has a safe and pleasant journey.
We offer these facilities free of charge;
- Assistance during boarding, disembarking and transfers;
- The transport of two pieces of mobility equipment per physically challenged passenger. This includes electric wheelchairs (provided that you submit the request at least 48 hours before departure and that the aircraft has sufficient room for it).
- A special cabin wheelchair;
- The company of your guide animal in the cabin, as long as it does not require an extra seat;
- Meals that meet your dietary requirements.

If you have a certain medical conditions and require care during the flight you need to complete our medical forms.
Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC)
You are allowed to take the following POCs with you on board:

If you bring your own POC please check in at the airport desk.
Reservation
We can also arrange a POC for you. Please make sure you:
- make the request at least 48 hours prior to departure;
- complete a Medical Information Form which includes a written statement from your physician indicating:
- The brand and type of POC.
- The medical need for using in-flight oxygen and the user’s capability of seeing, hearing and responding to the alarms from the POC unit.
- The maximum oxygen flow rate corresponding to the pressure in the cabin under normal operating conditions.
- The duration of oxygen use in hours and minutes. Doctor and/or passenger are responsible to bring enough oxygen for the duration of the flight.
Batteries for POC
You need to bring batteries for the duration of the flight, overlay and unforeseen delays. Batteries containing Lithium can be divided in two types based on the content of Lithium:
- Batteries containing up to 8g Lithium: these can be carried unlimited.
- Batteries containing more than 8g but not more than 25g: 2 pieces are allowed if they are individually protected to prevent short circuit.
