The membership benefits

Flying Blue provides the most exclusive service in each of its three Elite membership levels: Silver, Gold or Platinum. The colour of your Flying Blue membership card represents the level you are in, which depends on the number of Level Miles you have earned. Each level offers its own Elite benefits and privileges. And finally, to move up a level is easy: the more you travel, the higher your level.

Reaching top

We gladly welcome you in a higher membership level

When you have earned a certain number of Level Miles, we gladly welcome you in the next Elite level. Your Level Miles remain valid until the 31st of December in the year you have earned them. That does not mean you cannot reach a higher level before that date. As soon as you have earned enough Level Miles, you automatically move up to a higher level at any time of the year. Check the tables below for the exact number of Level Miles required to move up to the next level of Elite service.
