We offer you @Home Banking as payment option.

How does it work?

To make use of this fast, safe & simple method of payment on-line, you must follow the following instructions. (In order to make your ticketpayment via @Home banking, you need to have an account and a @Home banking access at the MCB Maduro & Curiel’s Bank N.V. in Curaçao.)

Book your ticket via KLM.com and select "Payment via @Home Banking" as payment option.

After completing your reservation, you will receive a bookings confirmation via e-mail. Here you will find your booking code  (6 digits in red) and your total ticket price with tax(es) and surcharge(s). In order to process your booking you need to leave the KLM.com website and enter the @Home Banking website in which you will need this booking code and the total ticket price. Without the correct booking code and the total ticket price we cannot process your booking. 

For online reservations a standard booking fee of Ang 15 is charged. Additional surcharges for the different payment options are: 

  • @Home Banking: no surcharge
  • Credit cards: Awg 15 surcharge
  • Cash:  Awg 35 surcharge      
 

Follow these steps in order to complete your ticket payment through @Home banking:

Step 1: Go the @Home banking website. 

Step 2: After login, choose "Payments" from main menu.

Step 3:  Choose "Create New Beneficiary" from the sub menu.

Step 4: Select the ‘K’ from the "Quick Bank List".

Step 5:  Select "KLM Royal Dutch Airlines" from the results displayed.

Step 6: Fill in "phone number""payment amount"  and "booking code".

Step 7:  Choose payment frequency "One Time Payment".

Step 8:  Choose "today’s" payment date.

Step 9:  Click "Schedule Payment".

Step 10: Review form data and click "Yes".

Step 11: Print payment receipt for the record.

Step 12: Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to your email within 2 working days.

Note:

  1. This option is only possible for departure later than 14 days. 
  2. Reservations of which payments are not received by KLM within 24 hours will be cancelled, cancellation fees will be applicable. 
  3. Until further notice, you need to have an account and access to @Home banking at the MCB Maduro & Curiel’s Bank N.V. in Curaçao.
  4. Children under the age of two years are required to travel with paper tickets.
