Request a refund or compensation?
If you booked a flight on KLM.ca (only) more than 1 week before departure, you can apply for a refund within 24 hours after booking (in Canada only).
Please send an e-mail to: email@example.com, and mention your name, flight number, date, booking code. Also use ‘Customer First Program’ in the subject line.
If you paid via PayPal, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org, and mention your name, ticket number and booking code. Please mention ‘PayPal’ in the subject line.
Please note: If you purchased your ticket from a travel agent, you should contact your travel agent. For tickets bought from an airline other than KLM, please contact that airline.

*Missing documents or short delay are not "valid" reasons for visa refusal. In these 2 cases, the refund will not be granted.
Please note: If you request a refund, all flights in your booking will be cancelled.
