To get a new Flying Blue card, please fill out the online request form. While you are waiting for your new card, you can still earn Miles by giving your membership number when you make a reservation. Forgotten your membership number? Or need to show proof of membership when boarding? You can simply print out a copy of your card online! Please note that this copy is a temporary document and does not replace your card.
