Changing or canceling your booking

Changing or canceling your ticket cannot be done online. Please contact your local KLM reservations office for any alterations in your travel planning. In addition, please be aware that only certain reservations can be changed or refunded and that there will be a charge for changes or cancellations. 

If you have booked your ticket through a travel agent, all requests, inquiries and changes prior to your departure should be made to that travel agency.

Seat preferences given at time of booking your ticket cannot be changed online. Please contact your local KLM reservations office if you would like to change your seat preference.
