Telephone reservations
KLM reservations agents are standing by to answer your inquiries and book your flights. For more information, you can call KLM Sales and Service Center at 4008 808 222 (for calls within China), +852 2808 2168 (for calls outside China), opening from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 – 19:00.
KLM ticket offices
We have ticket offices throughout the world to assist you. Note that the price of tickets purchased in our ticketing office is a bit higher than those booked via klm.com. Click here to find the location nearest you.
Reconfirming your reservation
There is no need to reconfirm your KLM flight. However, if you do not check in for one flight, KLM reserves the right to cancel any connecting or return flights. Contact us if there is any change to your travel plans. To view your reservation and flight details, click here.
