Dutch star chef Richard Ekkebus is culinary director of restaurant Amber in 5 star hotel ‘The Landmark Mandarin Oriental’ in Hong Kong.
With his cooking skills rewarded no less than 4 times with two Michelin stars, Richard Ekkebus’ is in the top 50 of the world's best chefs.
If you will be travelling in World Business Class, you can choose on board from Richard Ekkebus’ menu. Until the end of September 2013 we are serving his meals on all KLM flights from Amsterdam.
The dishes are inspired by classic French cuisine, combined with touches of the minimalist cooking style of Asia.
Richard also created a special menu for KLM flights departing from his home city Hong Kong.
