Which services can I use?

Once you are logged in, you will see a summary of the reservation you made, including any delays or changes in your flight itinerary. You can also make use of the following services:
- Changing your ticket online: If the fare conditions allow so, and if you purchased your ticket directly on our website, at a KLM ticket office or via the KLM Service Centre, you can change the date and/or time on your ticket online.
These tickets cannot be changed online:- Tickets for children and babies
- Tickets for which a special service such as assistance on board or at the airport has been requested
Choose your seat on board: Pick your favourite seat from 90 days before departure. Want some more comfort? We offer various seating options.
Read more about your seat on board- Direct access to online check-in: Prior to departure, you will receive a message telling you that you can check in online. Included in this message is a personalized link to online check-in where you can check in straightaway without having to enter your details.

- Apply for the latest flight information via e-mail or text message:
If you apply for this service, you will be kept informed of the latest developments concerning your flight by means of an e-mail or text message. You will receive a message if your flight is delayed or cancelled. You will also receive messages telling you when you can check in and board.
Read more about the latest flight information via e-mail or text message - Request a special meal: Do you have special dietary preferences? You can submit a request for your special meal. Please remember, however, that this request cannot be changed later.
- Send your reservation details to someone else: Inform family members, friends and acquaintances about your travel details by sending them an e-mail showing your reservation details: just use the ‘send to a friend’ option.
- Print your reservation details: Get a printout of your details. This way, you also have access to them without a computer.
- Direct link to information about baggage: Use this link to find out how much baggage you can take with you, what the baggage rates are, what you can do if your baggage gets lost, or what kinds of sports equipment you can take with you.
- Compensate the CO2 emission of your flight: Fly CO2 neutral by using our CO2ZERO service. In just a few steps you can contribute to the development of clean-energy projects.

How do I make use of these services?
At the homepage, go to Manage my Booking and enter your name and booking code. Your reservation details will appear on the screen and you can immediately make use of these services.
Are you a Flying Blue member?
You don’t have to go through a separate logging in procedure to get to Manage my Booking if you have already logged in at the website as a Flying Blue member. When you go to the ‘Manage my Booking’ tab at the homepage, your details appear on the screen automatically and you get a summary of all your bookings. If you didn’t indicate that you are a Flying Blue member when you made your reservation, you can still do this by going to Manage my Booking. You will then have immediate access to the services listed here, and you can also see how many Miles you will earn with your flight.
