Who can use it?
Passengers departing from the Prague Ruzyne airport to Amsterdam Schiphol, traveling with confirmed reservations on flights operated by KLM and partner airlines (Czech Airlines). Telephone check-in is only available for passengers traveling only with hand baggage.
When can I check in?
Telephone check-in opens 24 hours before scheduled departure and closes one hour before. The service is available every day, from 6.00 am until 6.00 pm.
How do I get my boarding pass?
You can pick up your boarding pass at least 30 minutes before departure at the departure hall of Terminal Sever 2 (desk no. 210).
What about my baggage?
Baggage drop-off points are located in the airport departure hall. At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, you will find them in departure hall 2. At other airports, they are located at our Europe Select or World Business Class check-in desks. Baggage drop-off closes 40 minutes before scheduled departure for European flights and 60 minutes before scheduled departure for intercontinental flights.
