On board many KLM flights we offer duty free shopping. Besides items like cosmetics, gadgets and KLM articles, you can now also buy spirits and cigarettes.
We have added to our range:

Of course all at a competitive tax-free price! The full range can be found on board in our free in-flight magazine, Holland Herald.
Order before departure, receive on board your flight
To be sure of the availability of tax-free products, you can also order online before departure. This is easy to do via Shop@KLM, until 25 hours before departure.
You will then receive your purchases during your KLM flight! The range of products in Shop@KLM is even larger than we offer on board. Now cigarettes have been added as well.
Don’t have a flight booking? You can also shop online via Shop@KLM. Many items can be delivered within the Netherlands, except for certain products including liquor, tobacco and perfume. You need to pay VAT and delivery.
